Simple, honest Italian cooking — done properly.

At Casanova, the menu stays close to the classics: fresh pastas, wood-fired flavor, a bar stocked with handcrafted cocktails and a wine list built for pairing. Nothing is complicated on purpose — the ingredients do the talking.

We cook with organic tomatoes, antibiotic-free chicken, free-range eggs, extra virgin olive oil and artisanal bread, and we make our pizza dough, pasta sauces and stocks in house, every day.
